Problem - RTL Networks, Inc. was a new company, with no real back office infrastructure, limited HR processes, inconsistent health insurance options and very uncomfortable business insurance risks.
Similar to most companies, RTL Networks, Inc. attempted to manage separate brokers, vendors and systems with no communication lines between them. Mr. Lewis found this extremely time consuming and hampered his ability to manage employee assets and drive revenue.

Solution - Peliton consulted with RTL Networks, Inc. and outlined an immediate course of action to consolidate vendors and clearly define their back office functions.
Human Resources was identified as the first priority for Peliton who immediately developed offer letters, outlined hiring practices and finalized the employee policy manual.
In addition, Peliton implemented their web based Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and customized it specifically for the needs of RTL Networks, Inc. The HRIS system immediately streamlined processes and defined the lines of communication between RTL Networks, Inc. and Peliton Insurance, Peliton Benefits, Payroll and Human Resources. These solutions were developed and implemented in just under a two week time frame.
The HRIS system now functions as the information and communication portal for RTL Networks, Inc. and their employees. This self service tool has provided the employees of RTL Networks, Inc. the ability to quickly and consistently review payroll, benefits and other personal information from work or home 24 hours a day.
Not only have the employees gained immediate access to their personal information, management of RTL Networks is now able to focus on their core business without the interference of employee inquiries.
Results - Mr. Lewis was immediately able to focus on his customer’s requirements as Peliton swiftly and seamlessly occupied the roles of Insurance, Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits departments for RTL Networks, Inc.
