Together with the Peliton team, Mr. Hake implements programs that are customized to fit each client's individual needs that will make their business more efficient and provide them with the opportunity to do what they do best.
Prior to helping to form Peliton, Mr. Hake founded PeopleLexis. He has also served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Convergent Communications; Sr. Vice President, Administration and Human Resources for Tie Communications; Director, Compensation, Benefits and Staffing for Memorex Telex. Randy holds a BA from UCLA.
Hilton G. Martin
President, Peliton Insurance
Mr. Martin has been a mainstay in the insurance industry in Denver for more than 30 years. He has worked with and represented some of the most prominent and respected companies in the nation. Business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and business leaders in general trust his advice and direction when it comes to even the most complex and arduous insurance decisions for their companies. He understands the individual needs of his clients and personally customizes programs that will best meet their needs.
Mr. Martin received his BA degreee from The Colorado College in 1969. Following graduation, he served as a Captain in the United States Army until 1973. His military training translated well in an industry where responsibility, loyalty to clients and attention to detail are key. He quickly climbed the corporate ranks and became President of Omnivest Insurance Group in 1995. He has served as a consultant to several major interests on risk management issues, assisted state-wide associations on risk management and loss control and lectured on oil and gas risk underwriting for an international insurance company on a national basis. Additionally, he has assembled national insurance programs for the ski industry, cable TV, and a medical products liability program for an off-shore captive insurance company. Mr. Martin also holds both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
Kenneth E. Thomas, Jr.
President, Peliton Benefits
Throughout his career, Mr. Thomas has exhibited a true understanding of how to design benefit plans that best meet a company's specific needs. Responsible for marketing Peliton's Health and Welfare services to small and mid-market clients throughout the Rocky Mountain Region, he provides insight on benefit design alternatives, funding arrangements and benefit plan administration. His awareness of changing market conditions, new products and services and trends that could impact client needs has proven to be invaluable to the people and companies he represents.
He is a frequent speaker at seminars regarding ways to reduce healthcare costs and has been recognized on numerous occasions for his managerial and sales skills. Mr. Thomas' background includes over 16 years of corporate employee benefits experience, having served in progressively accountable leadership and management roles at Washington National Insurance Company, MARSH, Inc. and Segal Consulting. Ken holds a BA from Western Illinois University and the Health Insurance Associate (HIA) designation.
Martin Floth

An innovative leader with a proven track record of success and over 18 years of executive management experience, Mr. Floth truly understands how to position companies for strategic growth by mapping corporate strategies to clients' business needs. He believes in a "Client Centric" organization and as such believes it is essential to have a strong partnership with clients to gain a keen awareness of their goals and strategies in order to partner with them for long term mutual success. His understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing industry and positioning companies for growth will prove beneficial as Peliton expands their footprint in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Prior to joining Peliton, Mr. Floth served as Vice President of Sales for USA.NET; Area Vice President/General Manager for Siemens Business Services; Director of Product Marketing for Inacom; and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Automation, Inc.
Bret Lee
Chief Operating Officer, Peliton LLC
Although the term “operations” carries internal connotations, Mr. Lee truly understands that the primary purpose of operations is the focus and commitment to providing unparalleled customer service to all Peliton clients. His results-oriented leadership style has propelled Peliton HR Administration, and its employees, to the next level of service standards where excellence is not an act, but a habit.
His approach to providing the highest quality service for his customers is centered on developing and documenting processes, setting individual and team goals, along with fostering an environment that promotes teamwork from within.
Mr. Lee received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, majoring in both Finance and Business Management. Over the next 13 years his managerial skills were garnered with arguably one of the best run companies in the world, United Parcel Service. At UPS, Mr. Lee was responsible for the operations of a consolidated accounting center and finished his career as the Region Finance Director.
In addition to UPS, Mr. Lee spent 7 years with Siemens Business Services, where he held titles of Area Controller, Regional Controller, and Director of Finance.
